PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (“Indocement”) once again made a brilliant achievement at the TOP CSR Awards 2025 held by TopBusiness on June 11, 2025 at Jakarta, which was received directly by Dani Handajani, Corporate Secretary. Carrying the theme "CSR for Sustainable Business Growth and Asta Cita Government Program", this prestigious award event is real evidence of recognition of the commitment of companies in Indonesia in integrating Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs as part of a sustainable business growth strategy.

At this year's award event, Indocement won three prestigious awards as follows:

1. Top Leader on CSR Commitment 2025 for Christian Kartawijaya, President Director of Indocement
   
   This award is given to company leaders who are considered to have a high commitment in supporting the strengthening of systems, governance, and the successful implementation of CSR programs. Under his leadership, Indocement has consistently demonstrated seriousness in managing CSR as an integral part of a sustainable business vision.
    
2. Top CSR 2025 - Star 5 Predicate (Excellence)
   
   This award is given to companies with CSR systems, policies, and implementations that are considered extraordinary, in line with sustainable business growth strategies, and worthy of being an example (benchmark) for other companies in Indonesia.
    
3. Platinum Star Trophy - Winner of the TOP CSR Awards Star 5 Predicate for 5 consecutive years
   
   The Platinum Star Trophy achievement is a special recognition of Indocement's consistency in implementing CSR programs in an excellent manner for five times, which shows continuity and continuous improvement in the management of corporate social responsibility.

The entire assessment process in the TOP CSR Awards refers to various aspects, including:

• Alignment of CSR programs with the company's business strategy.
• The level of adoption of CSR policies against the international standard ISO 26000:2010 Social Responsibility.
• CSR governance that includes aspects of planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Strengthening the concept of Creating Shared Value (CSV) with all stakeholders.
• Excellent CSR innovations that can be an inspiration for other companies.

This award is the result of the commitment of all Indocement employees in presenting CSR programs that are not only beneficial to the community, but also contribute positively to the sustainability of the company's business.
