PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk., awarded the Indonesia Top GCG Awards 2021 (in cement category) by the Iconomics. This award was received on Friday, December 17, 2021 via Zoom Meeting. The Iconomics held the Indonesia Top GCG Awards 2021 by selecting companies in Indonesia that have implemented the principles of Good Corporate Governance ("GCG"). To determine the company, Iconomics conducted an assessment of the company's performance from 38 sectors, where this assessment resulted in 38 companies practicing Good Corporate Governance.

The assessment was carried out qualitatively, compiled from various sources of information and data on the company's activities in implementing GCG principles with three main indicators as follows:

• Transparency
  The principle of openness to the decision-making process and in disclosing material and relevant company information.
• Responsibility
  Concerning compliance with laws and regulations, including company regulations and policies.
• Fairness and Equality
  Concerning justice and equality in fulfilling the rights of stakeholders.

GCG holds an important role for the company's sustainability. Good GCG implementation will be directly in accordance with the company's image and performance. Companies that can implement the principles of GCG are believed to be able to bring the company to a more conducive and structured direction in running its business.
