President Director of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk., Christian Kartawijaya, again received the award as "The Best CEO 2020" from SWA Magazine and Dunamis Organization Services for the second time. The score of this award is the result of the survey conducted on employees using two methodological pillars, namely leadership pillar and employee commitment to professionalism pillar.

The first pillar in this survey uses Stephen Covey's thoughts about the four leadership roles (Four Roles of Leadership), namely pioneer, aligner, empowered, and role model (4P), which revealed to be questioned for employees to assess their respective CEOs. The result display in the Leadership Index (LI) with a range of 0%-100%. From the survey results, Christian Kartawijaya managed to get a score of 91.94.
