Indocement is one of the companies in Indonesia that fully supports the implementation of the link and match program between vocational schools and industrial needs because of this effort, Indocement received the "Champion" award for its contribution to human resource development in Indonesia through its regular program of industrial vocational education and training development in Indonesia.

This award was handed over directly by the Minister of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia, Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita to the Manager of CHRD Indocement, Dani Handayani at the opening ceremony of Industrial Vocational Week on December 1, 2021.

Indocement's support for vocational development has not only won Indocement an award. In addition, Indocement has also received a Super Tax Deduction facility. Super Tax Deduction is a form of tax saving (tax saving) that comes from a maximum gross income reduction of 200% on expenditures for work practices, apprenticeship, or learning activities.
