This appreciation given because Indocement played an active role in apprenticeship programs and increased labor productivity in Kotabaru District. Apart from that, Indocement also considered has assisted the government in socializing vocational programs to all companies in the Kotabaru Regency.

Indocement is the only company in Kotabaru District has a vocational program. By implementing this program, Indocement also received a super tax deduction program from the government.
