He obtained his Bachelor of Economics from University of Indonesia and Bachelor of Information Management System from Gunadarma University. Previously, he served as an auditor at Hans & Tuanakotta Public Accounting Firm, Ernst & Young Public Accountant Auditor and Partner, Finance Director at PT Ariobimo Estate Perkasa, Finance Director at PT Bayu Beringin Lestari, and Operations Director at PT Holdiko Perkasa. Presently, he is also a Treasurer of the Strada Association, Director of PT Digital Integrasi Solusindo. He has no affiliation with members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and Controlling Shareholders.

Australian citizen, age 55. He has been a President Commissioner of the Company since 30 May 2017. He obtained his Bachelor of Engineering from University of Tasmania, and Master of Business Administration from University of Sydney. Previously, he had several operational positions at Pioneer International, He also a Regional General Manager and Chief Executive Officer at Southern Region Hanson Australia Pty. Ltd. Presently, he is also a member of the Managing Board - APAC at HeidelbergCement Group for the Asia Pacific region. He has affiliations with members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and Controlling Shareholders.

Indonesian citizen, 52 years old. She has been a Member of the Company's Nomination and Remuneration Committee since May 22, 2017. She obtained her Bachelor of Law from Diponegoro University. Previously, she served as a Corporate Secretary of Indocement. Presently, she is also a Manager of the Company's Human Resources Division. She has no affiliation with members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and Controlling Shareholders.
