PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. was incorporated based on Deed No. 227 dated January 16, 1985, made before Notary Ridwan Suselo, S.H., and has been announced in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 57, Supplement No. 946 dated July 16, 1985, under the name PT Inti Cahaya Manunggal. The Company’s name was later changed to PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa based on Deed No. 81 dated June 11, 1985, made before Benny Kristianto, S.H., Public Notary in Jakarta and has been announced in BNRI (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia) No. 75, Supplement No. 947 dated July 16, 1985. The latest amendment to the Articles of Association in a Notarial Deed of Kumala Tjahjanji Widodo, S.H., M.H., M.Kn No. 02 dated 04 August 2021, and has obtained a Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia No. AHU-0043810.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2021 dated 12 August 2021. The latest change in the Company's management is contained in the Deed of Notary Deni Thanur, S.E., S.H., M.Kn no. 03 dated 25 May 2022, and has obtained a Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number AHU-AH.01.09-0016433 dated 30 May 2022.
