Indocement on January 19, 2022, held the opening ceremony of the Month of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) simultaneously in all Indocement operational areas. Citeureup Factory, Cirebon Factory, Tarjun Factory, Indocement cement terminals, Indocement cement warehouses, and Indocement subsidiaries held the opening ceremony. The Indocement Board of Directors, Indocement employees, and Indocement contractors representatives have attended the opening ceremony.

The Indocement's theme of OHS month is Optimizing Leading Indicators through the Implementation of New Life Saving Rules as an efft to reduce potential hazards and prevent incidents to achieve Zero Harm towards a World Class Safety Culture. The national theme for OSH Month is the Implementation of OSH Culture. in every business activity to support the protection of workers in the era of digitalization.

During the OHS Month, various activities were carried out, such as the implementation of various competitions related to K3, giving awards related to K3, K3 education programs in the form of seminars, workshops, and podcasts, clean up day and social experiment activities as well as the SHE Walk.
