The apprenticeship program in collaboration between Indocement and the Bogor Regency Manpower Office has begun! The program opening ceremony was held on July 4, 2022, at the Assalam Mosque Auditorium, Indocement. Director & Corporate Secretary of Indocement, Antonius Marcos, CHRD Manager of Indocement, Dani Handajani, and the Head of Manpower Office of Bogor Regency, Zaenal Ashari, S.Sos., M.M. attended The opening ceremony 

A total of 63 students from SMK majoring in heavy equipment engineering, electrical power installation engineering, and industrial chemistry will join this program for one year, the selected participants have gone through a profiling process which includes a psycho test (abilities, interests, and talents of students), selection based on the average value of apprenticeship performance, input, and assessment from vocational schools.
