Indocement sent six delegates to the 2022 International Convention on Quality Control Circle (ICQCC) held in Ancol, Jakarta. As a result, the Indocement delegation managed to get two gold prima predicates and four gold predicates with the following details:

1. QCC QUANTUM (Plant 12, Tarjun Factory) won the Gold Prima Predicate
2. QCC NON STOP (Plant 14, Citeureup Factory) won the Gold Prima Predicate
3. QCC HARIMAN (Plant 9/10, Cirebon Factory) won the Gold title
4. QCC OKE (Plant 6/11, Citeureup Factory) won the Gold title
5. TMM TIRO TEAM (SSPD–Commercial Directorate) won the Gold title
6. TMM TAX (FAD – Finance Directorate) won the Gold title

In addition, three Indocement employees also succeeded in obtaining international appraisal certificates, namely Winarta (QSMR), Difi Nuari Nugroho (P6/11, Citeureup Factory), and Suryana (Plant 12, Tarjun Factory).

This year's international Innovation Convention attended by 757 teams from 15 countries, namely Indonesia, Bangladesh, China, India, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, the United States, Vietnam, and Zambia.
