PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. (“Indocement”) and Amita Holdings Co., Ltd. signed a Memorandum of Understanding for Joint Business Investigation on Alternative Fuel and Alternative Raw Material Business (MoU) on 19 May 2023 at Indocement Citeureup Factory, Bogor, West Java. This collaborative effort is an initial step in a transformation journey towards a sustainable future by conducting a comprehensive business feasibility study that will promote carbon neutrality and promote a circular economy in Indonesia.

The MoU was signed by President Director of Indocement, Christian Kartawijaya, Director of Indocement, Hasan Imer and President and CIOO of Amita Holdings Co., Ltd., Takahide Suetsugu, witnessed by Directors of Indocement, David Clarke and Antonius Marcos, General Manager Energy & AFAM of Indocement, Soegito C. Kurniawan, as well as Team Manager/Overseas Business Team of Amita Holdings, Eiichi Yamato.
