Indocement strengthened its occupational health and safety (OHS) practices through a safety observation conducted by Rajan Velappan, Asia Pacific Safety Director, at the Cirebon Factory on October 14, 2026. Safety Observation Across Production Areas
During the visit, Rajan was accompanied by Katon Primanto Kurniawan, General Manager of the Cirebon Plant; Rudy Setiawan, Plant Manager; the Department Heads; and members of the plant's management team. The observation covered production areas including the packing house, finish mill, kiln, raw mill, workshop maintenance, laboratorium qc, afr storage, limestone quarry, dan crusher plant 9.
Strengthening the Safety First Culture
Direct observation across these areas helped identify potential hazards and evaluate work practices. The activity also raised safety awareness and reinforced the consistent implementation of OHS standards across the plant.
Safety as a Shared Responsibility
Through this initiative, Indocement emphasized the importance of every employee's active role in maintaining workplace safety. The Safety First culture is reflected in employees looking out for their own safety and that of their colleagues, helping create a safe and productive working environment.
