Human Rights Committee

In 2023, Indocement established the Human Rights Committee to support the Board of Directors in ensuring that all Company activities—both internal and external—are in compliance with applicable human rights principles and regulations.

  2. Human Rights Compliance Management Policy – Heidelberg Materials Group;
  3. Human Rights Position of Heidelberg Materials;
  4. Board of Directors’ Decree No. 010/Kpts/Dir/V/2023 dated 2 May 2023 concerning Indocement’s Human Rights Policy.

Duties of the Human Rights Committee

In 2023, the Human Rights Committee conducted an assessment of human rights implementation at Indocement, in alignment with Heidelberg Materials’ global human rights assessment program. One of the methods used in this assessment was conducting interviews with the Company’s management and employees regarding the implementation of human rights within the organization.
