The Ethics Committee is established to ensure that the Indocement Code of Conduct has been implemented properly at every level of the organization. The Ethics Committee is under the Board of Directors’ supervision, with the main objectives to supervise the implementation of Code of Conduct and to provide ethical judgment for any ethical guideline violation.

Indonesian citizen, 57 years old. He has served as a President Director of the Company since 1 May 2014. He obtained his Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Trisakti University, master's in business administration from San Diego University, and a Master of Arts in Christian Education (M.A.C.E) from Fort Worth, Texas.Previously, he served as Deputy Finance Director and Finance Director of Indocement. Presently, he is also a President Commissioner and Commissioner of the Company's Subsidiaries. He has affiliations with members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and Controlling Shareholders.
