PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. was established pursuant to a deed of establishment that has obtained approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, and the Articles of Association have most recently been amended based on resolutions of the General Meeting of Shareholders and duly recorded and approved in accordance with applicable laws.
