Indocement has opened registration for the Indocement Management Trainee (MT) 2027 program for young Indonesian talents seeking opportunities to grow, develop their competencies, and contribute to Indonesia’s development. Registration is open from 10 to 31 October 2026.
Carrying the spirit of “Grow with Purpose. Build the Nation.”, the Indocement MT 2027 program is designed to develop young talents through hands-on learning from experienced professionals. The program will help participants strengthen their technical and leadership skills and prepare them to make a meaningful contribution to the Company and Indonesia’s development while navigating global challenges.
The Indocement MT 2027 program is open to bachelor’s or master’s degree graduates majoring in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mining Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Automation Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Marketing Management, Chemistry, Geology, Law, or Psychology.
Applicants must have a minimum grade point average of 3.00 and a minimum TOEFL score of 500 or TOEIC score of 600. The TOEFL or TOEIC certificate submitted during registration must remain valid, with an expiration date in 2027 or later.
Indocement is looking for candidates who demonstrate accountability, integrity, a commitment to excellence, a performance-oriented mindset, and the ability to work as part of a team. Candidates must also be willing to be assigned to any Indocement operational unit or subsidiary.
