Referring to the Company's letter No. 1265/ITP-CORSELA/CLCC/XII/2021 dated 3 December 2021 regarding the Plan to Buy Back Shares of
PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk., in a significantly fluctuating market condition ("Letter 1265/2021) and the Company's letter No. 005/ITPCLC/ III/2022 dated 4 March 2022 regarding the Report on the Implementation of the Company's Share Buyback in a significantly fluctuating market condition ("Letter 005/2022"), we hereby inform that the Company intends to extend the period of buyback of the Company's shares for 3 months due to the buyback period shares expire on 4 March 2022 and there are still a number of shares that can be bought back by the Company from the provisions of the maximum number of shares buyback.
