Through its flagship brand Semen Tiga Roda, Indocement reaffirmed its commitment to sustainable development by promoting low-carbon green cement innovations at the 2026 Construction Services Forum (Forum Jasa Konstruksi/FJK).
The event, organized in collaboration with the Jakarta Provincial Office of Human Settlements, Spatial Planning, and Land Affairs, was held from October 13 to 15, 2026, at the Annex Hall of the Jatibaru Technical Services Building in Jakarta.
Encouraging Construction Industry Decarbonization
As part of its effort to accelerate green construction practices, Semen Tiga Roda presented a session titled"Decarbonizing the Construction Industry through Low-Emission Cement and Concrete Innovations." The presentation was delivered by Rahmat Jatmikanto, Head of Technical Marketing at Indocement, to more than 600 forum participants representing various stakeholders from the construction sector.
In addition to the seminar session, Indocement showcased its low-emission cement innovations through an exhibition booth, providing visitors with insights into sustainable building materials and the importance of reducing carbon emissions in the construction industry.
Strengthening Collaboration in the Construction Ecosystem
The Construction Services Forum serves as a platform for communication, consultation, and information exchange between government institutions, industry players, academics, and the wider construction community. It also functions as a forum for policy recommendations, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration within the construction ecosystem.
Carrying the theme"Weaving Collaboration within the Construction Services Ecosystem," FJK 2026 featured discussions on key industry issues. The first day focused on governance and policy development. The second day highlighted workplace safety, fire risk mitigation, and green construction transformation. The final day explored future and digital engineering, including the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and building information modeling (BIM) in modern construction practices.
