On Tuesday 7 November 2023, there has been shares sale and purchase transaction between Birchwood Omnia Ltd. (Birchwood) and Heidelberg Materials AG, whereby Birchwood sold all of its shares in PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. (“Indocement” or “the Company”) to Heidelberg Materials AG.
