- PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. and PT Dian Abadi Perkasa signed an agreement to acquire all shares of PT Semen Grobogan, a cement plant located in Grobogan Regency, Central Java.
- The Semen Grobogan Plant has a production capacity of 1.8 million tons of clinker and 2.5 million tons of cement per year, supported by raw material reserves sufficient for more than 50 years.
