Semen Tiga Roda, produced by Indocement, has successfully earned its 17th Top Brand title with a score of 54.5%. This score is significantly higher than those of the second and third-ranked competitors, whose Top Brand Indexes are only in the teens. Semen Tiga Roda also stands out as the only cement brand to be included in the Top Brand 100, a list of 100 brands across various product categories with the highest Top Brand scores.
The Top Brand Award certificate was presented by Frontier Research Director Apipudin to Indocement Director Troy D. Soputro on August 27, 2025, at Wisma Indocement, Jakarta.
The selection of the Top Brand 100 is based on a rigorous process involving three main criteria: first, the industry must have a substantial market value of at least IDR 1 trillion; second, the category must have a sufficient number of players to reflect healthy competition; and third, the brand must have a minimum Top Brand Index of 15% and rank within the top two in its category. With such high standards, only a few brands manage to earn the Top Brand 100 title. In the cement industry, Semen Tiga Roda is the only brand to make the list.
Not only did Semen products receive the Top Brand title, but Tiga Roda Mortar and Tiga Roda White Cement also ranked first in their respective categories, with scores of 42.9% and 29.3%.
This achievement is based on a survey conducted by Frontier Research involving respondents from 15 major cities in Indonesia: Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Malang, Medan, Palembang, Pekanbaru, Samarinda, Balikpapan, Banjarmasin, Makassar, Manado, and Denpasar. The Top Brand Index is calculated based on three key metrics: Mind Share, Market Share, and Commitment Share, which are essential indicators of business sustainability.
