Indocement held its 2026 Management Review Meeting (MRM) in a hybrid format as part of fulfilling the requirements of the company’s applicable management system standards.
The meeting was led by Top Management and attended by two Indocement Directors, namley Oey Marcos and Holger Mørch, along with management representatives consisting of General Managers and Managers from four business units within the scope of management system certification, namely Citeureup Factory, Cirebon Factory, Tarjun Factory, and Head Office.
The MRM serves as a strategic forum to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the performance of the integrated management system. Currently, Indocement implements six standards, including API Spec 10A for Oil Well Cement, ISO 9001 for Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001 for Environmental Management Systems, ISO 28000 for Supply Chain Security Management Systems, ISO 45001 for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, and SMK3 in accordance with Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012.
Through this forum, Indocement ensures that all management systems are operating effectively and in alignment with international standards as well as applicable national regulations. This reflects Indocement’s ongoing commitment to maintaining operational excellence, workplace safety, and business sustainability.
