PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. participated in the Undergraduate Internship Program (MagangHub), a national internship initiative by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemnaker RI). The program is designed to strengthen job-ready skills and specific competencies for university graduates as they transition into professional careers.
For MagangHub Batch 1 (2025/2026), the program ran from 20 October 2025 to 19 April 2026. A total of 22 participants joined the internship, with 18 assigned to Citeureup and 4 to Tarjun. Participants were university graduates from the October 2024 to September 2025 period. By the end of the cycle, 21 participants successfully completed the program.
The MagangHub 2026 Closing Ceremony was held on 20 April 2026 at ASIST Hall in a hybrid format. The session brought together participants who had completed the internship as well as mentors who provided guidance throughout the program.
The event opened with remarks from Yulius Hadi Wijaya, Corporate Human Capital Division Manager, who expressed appreciation for the participants’ dedication and learning spirit. He also highlighted the value of internship experience as a practical foundation for entering the workplace with professionalism and confidence.
During the following session, mentors shared testimonials and reflections on their experience supporting participants, noting progress in competencies, professional attitude, and overall work readiness. A participant reflection segment became one of the most memorable moments, as interns shared stories of their learning journey, the challenges they navigated, and the teamwork they built throughout MagangHub.
As the highlight of the ceremony, the committee presented certificates of appreciation to the MagangHub 2026 participants as recognition of their dedication, hard work, and contributions during the internship. The certificates are expected to serve not only as a milestone of achievement, but also as encouragement for participants to continue growing, pursuing excellence, and delivering their best wherever they go.
