Indocement Tarjun Supports Digital Talent Development for MSMEs in Kotabaru

Indocement’s Tarjun Factory Complex has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting digital talent development in Kotabaru Regency by actively participating in a mass digitalization training program for MSMEs. This initiative earned Indocement a prestigious recognition from the Indonesian World Records Museum (MURI) for organizing the Largest Simultaneous Digitalization Training for MSMEs at the Regency Level. The award was presented on October 16, 2025, at the Kotabaru Indoor Basketball Hall.

The event was attended by Kotabaru Vice Regent Syairi Mukhlis and hundreds of MSME participants from across the regency. It also marked the launch of the innovative “Disaster Smart Strategy” by the Kotabaru Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), which includes digital talent training for PKK mothers and MSMEs affected by disasters.

Indocement Tarjun Factory has consistently supported MSMEs in its partner villages through comprehensive development programs, ranging from initial production stages to marketing strategies.

This MURI recognition is expected to further strengthen the presence and sustainability of MSME products in Indocement’s partner villages, encouraging continued innovation and growth in the digital era.
