Indocement has reaffirmed its commitment to leadership development by achieving a “Very Good” rating at the prestigious Indonesia Best Companies in Creating Leaders from Within 2025. This event, themed “Transforming Organization, Empowering People: Creating Leaders for Sustainable Success”, serves as a benchmark for companies in nurturing future leaders.
The award recognizes Indocement’s innovative leadership programs, including Management Trainee, JET Program, Agent of Change, and Executive Program. These initiatives are designed to strengthen technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and strategic readiness across all managerial levels.
The assessment process consisted of two stages. In the first stage, Indocement submitted documentation on its Creating Leaders from Within programs. The second stage involved a presentation and judging session before the panel on Tuesday, October 21, 2025.
