Indocement has once again demonstrated its strong commitment to occupational health and safety by receiving the highest recognition—the Gold Certificate and Gold Flag—for the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) in the 2026 National OSH Month assessment. This achievement reflects the company’s consistent effort in applying safety standards across all operational areas.
The assessment was conducted by PT Sucofindo (Persero), an independent certification body appointed by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia. The evaluation refers to Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012, which serves as the national standard for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems in Indonesia. The SMK3 Award is given to companies that have successfully implemented K3 systems consistently, effectively, and sustainably.
In the same period, Indocement also successfully maintained its ISO 45001:2018 certification, the international standard for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. This globally recognized standard helps organizations identify hazards, control risks, and enhance safety performance comprehensively across all operational activities.
The alignment between SMK3—based on Government Regulation No. 50/2012—and ISO 45001:2018 provides significant added value for Indocement. The simultaneous implementation of both standards strengthens the company’s reputation and enhances the trust of customers, partners, and stakeholders.
By adhering to national and international safety standards, Indocement continues to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. This commitment not only protects the workforce but also supports operational efficiency, performance effectiveness, and sustainable business growth in the long term.
