PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. has successfully retained its ISO 9001:2015 certification following a comprehensive recertification audit conducted by PT SGS Indonesia, an internationally accredited independent certification body. This achievement reaffirms Indocement’s consistent commitment to implementing a standardized quality management system that supports the quality of its products, services, and business processes.
ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard for quality management systems established by the International Organization for Standardization. The standard serves as a global reference for organizations in ensuring that their products and services consistently meet customer requirements, regulatory obligations, and the principles of continual improvement.
The recertification audit covered the full scope of Indocement’s certified operations, namely the Head Office, Citeureup Factory, Cirebon Factory, and Tarjun Factory. The renewed certificate is valid for three years, from 11 April 2026 to 11 April 2029.
Retaining this certification provides tangible value to the Company by strengthening customer confidence, enhancing organizational credibility, and ensuring that business processes are managed in a more standardized and accountable manner.
