Indocement officially launched the Agent of Change (AoC) Batch 2026 program on 9 April 2026 at the Citeureup Factory. AoC is Indocement’s internal leadership development program, attended by 35 participants from various units across the company, as part of Indocement’s commitment to preparing adaptable, future-ready talents and leaders.
The launch was attended by Indocement management, the program partner, and AoC alumni. Representing Indocement, Director Oey Marcos attended the event, alongside Setia Wijaya, General Manager of the Citeureup Factory; Katon Primanto, General Manager of the Cirebon Factory; Teguh Imam Basuki, Plant 12 Manager; and Yulius Hadi Wijaya, CHCD Manager. From prasmul-eli, COO Wahyuningsih and Consultant Representative Ruben Saragih were also present. AoC alumni from the 2019 and 2021 batches joined the event, offering encouragement and sharing perspectives from their experience with the program.
During the session, management highlighted the importance of building a pipeline of future-ready talents and leaders so the organization can remain agile in navigating change. In the same event, prasmul-eli COO Wahyuningsih delivered a leadership session, emphasizing the role of leaders in strengthening collaboration, resilience, and consistent execution. Management also shared its expectations for AoC Batch 2026 participants to translate their learning into relevant, measurable initiatives that create tangible impact for the company.
Designed for leaders and emerging leaders within Indocement, AoC aims to drive meaningful change and strengthen organizational capability. Through the program, participants are expected to enhance leadership capacity, improve organizational effectiveness, and contribute to new competitive strengths through initiatives focused on continuous improvement.
