Indocement officially opened Batch 2 of the 2026 Kemnaker MagangHub Program, welcoming 17 participants from 13 universities. The program reflects Indocement’s commitment to bridging academia and industry while supporting the development of Indonesia’s young talent.
Opening of the 2026 Kemnaker MagangHub Program
The opening event was held at ASIST Hall on September 21, 2026. It was attended by Indocement Corporate Human Capital Division Manager Yulius Hadi Wijaya, lead mentors, mentors, and all program participants.
During the opening session, participants were introduced to Indocement and its workplace culture. They also received an overview of occupational safety and health practices, as well as the program’s implementation.
Hands-on Experience in an Industrial Environment
The 2026 Kemnaker MagangHub Program gives participants the opportunity to learn directly in an industrial environment. With guidance from mentors, participants are expected to develop competencies and skills that are relevant to workplace needs.
The opening event concluded with a group photo, marking the start of the participants’ learning and development journey at Indocement. Their experience throughout the program is expected to provide valuable preparation for entering the professional world.
