Tanggung Jawab

  • Memproses dan memasukkan data pengadaan ke dalam panel BAR berdasarkan informasi dari pembeli terkait hingga penerbitan purchase order (PO).
  • Memverifikasi dan mengontrol perhitungan harga untuk setiap purchase order agar sesuai dengan penawaran atau quotation yang disetujui.
  • Mengelola penerbitan, distribusi, pengarsipan, dan pengendalian purchase order (PO) untuk memastikan dokumentasi dan keterlacakan yang tepat.
  • Memelihara catatan pengadaan yang akurat dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur dan kebijakan perusahaan.
  • Menjaga integritas dan kerahasiaan data untuk mencegah akses atau penyalahgunaan yang tidak sah.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal dan pemasok untuk mendukung kelancaran dan ketepatan waktu operasi pengadaan.
  • Memberikan dukungan administratif kepada tim pengadaan, termasuk pembuatan laporan dan pembaruan data sesuai kebutuhan.

Persyaratan

  • Pendidikan: Minimal Diploma (D3) Administrasi Bisnis, Manajemen, Akuntansi, atau bidang terkait lainnya.
  • Pengalaman: Minimal 2 tahun sebagai petugas administrasi atau peran serupa, lebih disukai di fungsi pengadaan atau rantai pasok.
  • Keahlian Teknis: Menguasai Microsoft Word, Excel, dan Outlook; mampu mengelola dan mengorganisasi data secara akurat.
  • Kemampuan Bahasa: Memahami dasar bahasa Inggris (lisan dan tulisan).

Responsibilities

  • Process and input procurement data into the BAR panel based on information received from the relevant purchaser until the issuance of the purchase order (PO).
  • Verify and control price calculations for each purchase orderr to ensure alignment with approved quotations or offers.
  • Manage the issuance, distribution, filing, and control of purchase order (POs) to ensure proper documentation and traceability.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.
  • Safeguard data integrity and confidentiality to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to support smooth and timely procurement operations.
  • Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including report preparation and data updates as needed.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or other related fields.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an administrative clerk or in a similar role, preferably in procurement or supply chain functions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to manage and organize data accurately.Language Skills: Basic understanding of English (both written and spoken).
