Persyaratan

  • Fasih berbahasa Inggris dan Bahasa Indonesia, baik lisan maupun tulisan
  • Lulusan S1 Hukum dengan IPK minimal 2,75
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja yang relevan minimal 10 tahun (diutamakan)
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, kepemimpinan, dan interpersonal yang baik, serta mampu bekerja efektif dalam tim
  • Memiliki jaringan kerja yang sudah terjalin dengan instansi pemerintah terkait perizinan tambang
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Kantor Pusat (Citeureup) dan melakukan perjalanan ke lokasi tambang di Cariu dan Plered

Tanggung Jawab

  • Melapor langsung kepada CEO Agregat
  • Menyelaraskan strategi dan inisiatif SDM dengan tujuan bisnis perusahaan
  • Mengelola layanan administrasi SDM dan hubungan karyawan di seluruh lini bisnis agregat
  • Mengawasi proses rekrutmen dan pelatihan
  • Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap persyaratan izin tambang serta menjaga hubungan baik dengan masyarakat sekitar
  • Mengelola sistem keamanan lapangan dan berkoordinasi dengan tim BUJP/Keamanan di seluruh lokasi agregat
  • Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan ketenagakerjaan serta mengelola dokumentasi hukum
  • Mengoordinasikan acara perusahaan, rapat, dan kegiatan pelatihan
  • Mengelola aset dan fasilitas perusahaan, termasuk pemeliharaan kantor dan dukungan operasional.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Bachelor’s degree in law with a minimum GPA of 2.75
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Has established and maintains good relationships with government institutions related to mining permits
  • Willing to be based at the Head Office in Citeureup and travel to quarry sites in Cariu and Plered

Responsibility

  • Report directly to the Aggregate CEO
  • Align HR strategies and initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Manage HR administrative services and employee relations across all aggregate business lines.
  • Oversee recruitment and training processes
  • Ensure compliance with mining permit requirements and maintain positive relationships with surrounding communities
  • Manage field security systems and coordinate with BUJP/security teams across aggregate sites
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and handle legal documentation
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and training activities
  • Manage company assets and facilities, including office maintenance and operational support
