Tanggung Jawab

  • Meninjau dan menyetujui jurnal manual, termasuk akrual, biaya dibayar di muka, penerimaan kas, dan transaksi terkait lainnya.
  • Meninjau dan memvalidasi data akuntansi dalam sistem untuk memastikan keakuratan dan kepatuhan.
  • Mengawasi penyusunan dan peninjauan jadwal rinci bulanan.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan divisi dan pemangku kepentingan internal untuk mendukung tugas yang diberikan serta aktivitas lintas fungsi.
  • Memimpin penyusunan berbagai laporan dan melakukan analisis mendalam terhadap kinerja produksi pabrik secara keseluruhan.
  • Melaksanakan tugas tambahan lainnya yang diberikan oleh manajemen.
  • Mengelola proses penutupan buku dan pelaporan bulanan secara tepat waktu dan akurat.
  • Meninjau, menyempurnakan, dan memfinalisasi rencana operasi tahunan serta prakiraan triwulanan.

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi dengan IPK minimal 3,00 dari universitas terkemuka.
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja 10–12 tahun di bidang terkait, lebih diutamakan yang memiliki pengalaman di Kantor Akuntan Publik.
  • Mahir berbahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Tarjun, Kalimantan Selatan.
  • Menguasai aplikasi Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Memiliki kemampuan organisasi dan komunikasi yang baik.
  • Memiliki kemampuan analitis, pola pikir kritis, serta kemampuan pemecahan masalah.
  • Memiliki manajemen waktu yang sangat baik dan mampu menangani banyak tugas secara bersamaan.
  • Memiliki motivasi diri yang tinggi, dapat diandalkan, fleksibel, serta memiliki etos kerja yang kuat.

Responsibilities

  • Review and approve manual journal entries, including accruals, prepaid expenses, cash receipts, and other related transactions.
  • Review and validate accounting data recorded in the system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of monthly detailed schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal divisions and stakeholders to support assigned tasks and cross-functional activities.
  • Lead the preparation of various reports and conduct in-depth analysis of overall plant production performance.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Manage monthly closing and reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate results.
  • Review, refine, and finalize the annual operating plan as well as quarterly forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university.
  • 10–12 years of relevant experience, preferably with a background in Public Accounting.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Willing to be assigned to Tarjun, South Kalimantan.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities, critical thinking, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self motivated, reliable, flexible, and committed to maintaining a strong work ethic.
