KUALIFIKASI

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 dari jurusan apa pun
  • Menguasai Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun di bidang terkait
  • Berpengalaman dalam industri bahan bangunan (building materials)
  • Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik dan mampu mengemudi
  • Diutamakan kandidat level staf (non-manajemen & non-supervisor) dengan pengalaman di bidang Sales Retail/General atau bidang terkait
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Jawa Barat atau Jawa Tengah

TANGGUNG JAWAB

  • Menangani aktivitas penjualan business to business (B2B)
  • Melakukan negosiasi harga secara langsung dengan pemilik proyek atau pengambil keputusan utama
  • Melaksanakan briefing rutin untuk mengevaluasi volume penjualan, kinerja, penetrasi pasar, kunjungan ritel, dan perkembangan pasar
  • Berkolaborasi dengan supervisor distributor dan tim sales untuk mendapatkan insight terkait kinerja mereka saat menjalankan aktivitas penjualan, mengidentifikasi kesenjangan, serta memberikan umpan balik untuk pengembangan individu
  • Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pemilik proyek
  • Melakukan koordinasi harian dengan Tim Logistik terkait pengiriman pesanan
  • Menangani keluhan pelanggan dan memastikan penyelesaiannya secara tepat waktu.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a related field
  • Experienced in building materials industry
  • Required skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to drive
  • Preferably staff-level candidates (non-management & non-supervisor) with experience in Retail/General Sales or a related discipline
  • Willing to be placed in West Java or Central Java

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle B2B sales activities
  • Negotiate pricing directly with project owners or key decision-makers
  • Conduct regular briefings to evaluate sales volume, performance, market penetration, retail visits, and market updates
  • Collaborate with distributor supervisors and sales forces to gain insights into their performance during sales activities, identify gaps, and provide feedback for personal development
  • Maintain strong customer relationships with project owners
  • Coordinate daily with the Logistics Team regarding order deliveries
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
