Rekrutmen untuk PT Dian Abadi Perkasa, anak perusahaan Indocement

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Bertanggung jawab atas pencapaian penjualan di area yang ditargetkan dengan lokasi kantor di Wisma Indocement – Jakarta Selatan;
  • Melakukan briefing dengan tim distributor untuk mengevaluasi kinerja volume penjualan, penetrasi pasar, kunjungan ke pengecer, pembaruan pasar, dan pelaksanaan program perdagangan;
  • Memberikan pelatihan kepada supervisor distributor dan tenaga penjual distributor berdasarkan materi yang telah disiapkan oleh tim pengembangan kapabilitas;
  • Bekerja bersama supervisor dan tenaga penjual distributor untuk mendapatkan wawasan tentang kinerja tenaga penjual dalam menjalankan aktivitas penjualan, mengevaluasi kesenjangan, dan memberikan umpan balik untuk pengembangan pribadi;
  • Melakukan tinjauan kerja terhadap supervisor dan tenaga penjual distributor dengan mengunjungi pengecer dan mengumpulkan informasi terkait kinerja mereka;
  • Menyediakan informasi intelijen pasar yang kompetitif secara akuntabel dan dapat diandalkan (contoh: harga dan aktivitas pesaing, wallet share, dll.);
  • Meninjau data dari Sales Force Automation dan data lain yang dibutuhkan oleh pendekatan “Sales is a Science”;
  • Meninjau pencapaian penjualan harian, membandingkannya dengan target, serta mengajukan dan memantau implementasi solusi kepada RSM dan Distributor untuk mencapai sisa target dalam sisa hari yang tersedia.

Kualifikasi:

  • Lulusan S1 dari jurusan apa pun dengan IPK minimal 3.00 dari universitas terkemuka;
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja 3–5 tahun sebagai tenaga penjualan, terbiasa menjalankan program pemasaran dan penjualan, serta memahami konsep Route to Market;
  • Pengalaman kerja di industri bahan bangunan sangat diutamakan;
  • Menguasai Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris;
  • Berorientasi pada hasil, bertanggung jawab, proaktif, dan mampu bekerja sama dalam tim;
  • Terampil menggunakan Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • Memiliki SIM dan mampu mengemudi;
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di unit anak perusahaan.

Recruitment for PT Dian Abadi Perkasa, a subsidiary of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales achievement in the targeted area with office location at Wisma Indocement - South Jakarta;
  • Conduct briefing with distributor's team to evaluate sales volume performance, market penetration, retailer visit, market updates and trade program deployment;
  • Deliver training to distributor supervisor and distributor salesman from the content that had been prepared by capability building team;
  • Work-with distributor supervisor and salesman to get insights about the salesman performance when delivering sales activities, evaluate the gap and give evaluation for personal development.
    Work-review distributor supervisor and salesman by going to retailer and collect the information about the performance of the salesman or the supervisor;
  • Provide accountable & reliable competitive market intelligence information (example: competitor price & activity, wallet share, etc);
  • Review data from Sales Force Automation and data required by Sales is a Science;
  • Review daily sales achievement, compare with target, and submit and monitor implementation solution to RSM & Distributor to achieve remaining target on remaining days.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major from a reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 3.00;
  • 3–5 years of experience as a salesperson, with hands-on experience in implementing marketing and sales programs, and a solid understanding of the Route to Market concept;
  • Prior experience in the building materials industry is highly preferred;
  • Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English;
  • Results-oriented, accountable, proactive, and a strong team player;
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • Possesses a valid driving license and able to drive;
  • Willing to be placed in a subsidiary unit.
