Indocement has a strong commitment to sustainable development, particularly in environmental, social, and governance aspects. To support this commitment, the Company established an ESG Committee to ensure that the Company’s ESG aspects run well. The ESG Committee’s duty is to ensure the alignment of Indocement’s business practices with the vision of environmental preservation, particularly in increasing long-term corporate values and promoting strategic ESG management.

Indonesian citizen, 57 years old. He has served as a President Director of the Company since 1 May 2014. He obtained his Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Trisakti University, master's in business administration from San Diego University, and a Master of Arts in Christian Education (M.A.C.E) from Fort Worth, Texas.Previously, he served as Deputy Finance Director and Finance Director of Indocement. Presently, he is also a President Commissioner and Commissioner of the Company's Subsidiaries. He has affiliations with members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and Controlling Shareholders.

Dani Handayani

Secretary
She is the Corporate Secretary of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk, bringing with her extensive experience in law and human resources. A graduate of Law from Diponegoro University, Semarang, she began her career at Indocement in 2007 as Corporate Secretary before leading the Human Resources Division for over a decade. Currently, she resumes her role as Corporate Secretary and also serves on the Board of Directors of several subsidiaries and affiliated entities within the company. In addition to her core responsibilities at Indocement, Dani holds several key positions, including Secretary of the Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Foundation, Executive of Indocement’s Pension Fund, and a member of the Manpower Committee under the National Leadership Council of APINDO. She is also a member of the National Tripartite Council of the Republic of Indonesia for the 2023–2026 term, reflecting her strong dedication and contribution to labor affairs and corporate governance in the country.
