PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. (Indocement) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with KRAKATAU POSCO on a Strategic Cooperation for the utilization of steel by-products, namely granulated blast furnace slag (GBFS), steel slag, sludge, and dust, as alternative raw materials for environmentally friendly cement on 11 September 2023 in Jakarta. The MoU was signed by Indocement President Director Christian Kartawijaya and KRAKATAU POSCO President Director Kim Kwang Moo.
