Three factory complexes of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. (“Indocement”)—the Citeureup Factory Complex, the Cirebon Factory Complex, and the Tarjun Factory Complex—have successfully earned the 2021 PROPER Green rating. The achievement was announced on 28 December 2021 during the virtual 2021 PROPER Environmental Award ceremony, held under the theme “PROPER: Social Innovation for an Advanced Indonesia.”
The three Indocement factory complexes were recognized for demonstrating environmental management that exceeds regulatory requirements, having well established environmental management systems, and maintaining strong relationships with surrounding communities.
