Indocement Welcomes Management Trainees (MT) 2024
Indocement proudly inaugurated its cohort of 33 Management Trainees (MT) for 2024 on March 05, 2024. Comprising 30 men and 3 women, these talented individuals embarked on their professional journey during a hybrid inauguration event held at the ASIST Housing III Hall.
Distinguished guests in attendance included:

- Setia Wijaya, General Manager of the Citeureup Factory
- Elman Rudolf Pakpahan, Deputy General Manager Operations
- Retnawan Widhiantoro, Deputy General Manager Supporting
- Marlan O. Damanik, General Manager of the Cirebon Factory Complex, accompanied by Plant 9-10 Manager Rudi Setiawan
- Agus Fachri Rasad, General Manager of the Tarjun Factory Complex, accompanied by Plant 12 Manager Teguh Iman Basuki
- Yulius Hadi Wijaya, Corporate HC Division Manager, along with HC colleagues from Citeureup, Cirebon, and Tarjun.
The MT Indocement 2024 participants will undergo an intensive two-year program, equipping them with essential soft skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of occupational safety and health (K3). Their training will cover factory operations and job exposure, preparing them to take on pivotal roles within Indocement.
