PT Semen Grobogan, a subsidiary of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk., won first place in the Large and Medium Industries with the Best Green Industry Transformation category at the 2026 Jateng Green Industrial Summit Award.
The award was presented by Central Java Governor Ahmad Luthfi to Budiono Hendranata, General Manager Operation of the Grobogan Factory, during an awards ceremony held at the Grand Candi Hotel in Semarang on July 23, 2026.
PT Semen Grobogan received the green industry award after completing several stages of assessment, including document submission and review, a presentation, and verification. The assessment involved a panel comprising representatives of the Central Java Provincial Government, academics, and community members.
In the Large and Medium Industries with the Best Green Industry Transformation category, PT Semen Grobogan secured the highest ranking after competing against several large and medium-sized industrial companies in Central Java.
This achievement recognizes PT Semen Grobogan’s commitment to implementing environmentally responsible industrial transformation and developing competitive, innovative, and sustainable industrial operations.
