Indocement has once again achieved a milestone by receiving the Top 50 Big Capitalization Public Listed Company award at the 16th IICD Corporate Governance Conference and Award, organized by the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD) in Jakarta on September 15, 2025. The award was received by Indocement’s Corporate Secretary, Dani Handajani.
Carrying the theme “Building Resilience through Good Governance: Thriving in Turbulent Times”, the event served as a platform to appreciate public companies that have successfully implemented Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles with consistency and long-term commitment.
The assessment was conducted on 200 issuers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), divided into Big Cap and Mid Cap categories, using the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard 2023 methodology and involving five independent assessors.
Indocement’s inclusion in the Top 50 Big Cap list reflects the company’s strong commitment to maintaining transparency, accountability, and fair treatment of shareholders. This award also serves as evidence that good corporate governance is not only the foundation of business sustainability but also a competitive advantage amid global economic dynamics.
This recognition is expected to motivate Indocement to continue strengthening GCG practices across all areas of its business and to inspire other companies in building governance that is both ethical and sustainable.
