The free home renovation program “Build a Home for Our Builders” has officially entered its construction phase as of February 2026. Initiated by Semen Tiga Roda, this social program aims to support construction workers in Indonesia who have spent years building strong and comfortable homes for others, yet often live in inadequate housing conditions with their own families.
From 625 community recommendations submitted nationwide, the committee selected 32 beneficiaries after rigorous evaluation and direct field surveys across multiple regions. Renovation work will take place gradually from late February to early July 2026 in various cities across Indonesia.
One of the beneficiaries, Mrs. Susi (51) from Sidoarjo, expressed her gratitude for being selected and hopes to soon live in a safer and more comfortable home with her children.
The implementation of this nationwide initiative is supported by the strong collaboration between Semen Tiga Roda and Indocement’s business partners, ensuring that all renovation activities meet the highest quality standards. Indocement Director, Troy D. Saputro, emphasized that the program represents the company’s appreciation for construction workers who have long contributed to Indonesia’s development.
