On September 18, 2024, Indocement successfully held its annual Culture Week in a hybrid format from Housing III Hall, Citeureup Factory. The event was attended by employees from the Head Office, Citeureup Factory, Cirebon Factory, and Tarjun Factory.
Culture Week is designed to provide a refreshment of Indocement’s New Purpose, Values, and Leadership Style for all employees. The event opened with a welcoming statement by CHCD Manager Yulius Hadi Wijaya, followed by an opening speech from Indocement President Director Christian Kartawijaya. Later, Director Antonius Marcos delivered a presentation on the updated Purpose, Values, and Leadership Style for Indocement’s first-tier leaders.
The program continued with the Indocement Sharing Session with Aspiring Leader (INSPIRED), held at ASIST Hall, Housing III, in a hybrid format for all operational units. This year’s INSPIRED topic was Service Mindedness, presented by Indocement Director Troy D. Soputro.
