Indocement’s Citeureup Factory has officially introduced electric motorbikes as part of its operational fleet. A total of 53 units have been deployed to replace conventional motorcycles, marking a significant step toward greener operations.
This transformation is part of Indocement’s commitment to reducing greenhouse gas emissions from operational vehicles. Electric motorbikes offer higher energy efficiency and reduce reliance on fossil fuels, supporting the company’s sustainability goals. In addition, Indocement has installed solar panels at both the Citeureup and Tarjun Factory to further increase the share of green energy in its operations.
