In 2025, Indocement celebrates its 50th anniversary. Under the theme “Shining Achievements, Shaping the Future,” the company not only commemorates its business milestones but also reinforces its commitment to national development through various social and educational initiatives. One of the key programs is Indocement Back to Campus 2025.
This initiative aims to reconnect Indocement employees with their alma maters. Through seminars and interactive discussions, employees share their experiences and practical insights with students, introducing them to the dynamics of the professional world while fostering a spirit of contribution and intergenerational collaboration.
Carrying the theme “Learn, Grow, Empower,” the program serves as an inspiring learning platform that strengthens the synergy between educational institutions and the business sector. “Learn” reflects a spirit of continuous learning, “Grow” symbolizes the development of competencies and character, and “Empower” represents the ultimate goal: to equip the younger generation to face global challenges with confidence and resilience.
