As part of the Company’s efforts to foster a work culture that values employee dedication and contribution, Indocement once again held the 2026 Employee of the Year program. This appreciation program serves as one of the Company’s ways to recognize employees who have demonstrated outstanding performance and made positive contributions to the Company’s sustainability.
The announcement of the 2026 Employee of the Year award recipients was held in conjunction with Indocement’s 51st anniversary celebration. This year, 10 employees from the Head Office, Citeureup Factory, Cirebon Factory, and Tarjun Factory were selected as award recipients.
The Employee of the Year program is a regular initiative carried out as part of Indocement’s commitment to appreciating its employees. Through this program, the Company provides an additional form of recognition beyond daily operational activities for employees who are considered to have shown excellent performance, dedication, and contribution.
The selection process began with candidate nominations submitted by each Plant or division leader. The candidates then went through a series of selection stages before being appointed as recipients of the 2026 Employee of the Year award.
The 10 employees selected as recipients of the 2026 Employee of the Year award, namely:
- Waskito Mustaqim from the Logistic Division
- Ahmad Sopian from the Distribution Network Division (DnD)
- Hendi Rohendi from Plant 6&11
- Ahmad Rafif from Plant 14
- Andika Nurcahyo from the Supply Division
- Pirmansyah from Plant 7–8
- Karsina from Plant 09
- Suhendri from Plant 09
- M. Noor Reyhan Adha from Plant 12
- Gunardi from Plant 12.
Through this award, Indocement hopes to further strengthen the spirit of delivering the best performance and contribution across the Company. The achievements of the award recipients are expected to inspire all Indocement employees to continue playing an active role in supporting the Company’s progress.
