Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (”RUPST”) PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. (“Perseroan”) yang diselenggarakan Selasa, 11 Mei 2010 di Jakarta telah memutuskan antara lain membagikan dividen sebesar Rp225 per saham, atau seluruhnya sejumlah Rp828 miliar, ekuivalen dengan 30% dari laba bersih Perseroan tahun buku 2009.
