PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. ("Indocement") – Citeureup Factory participates in coaching youth from its 12 cultivated villages, among others, through football training, which held at Sport Hall field, for 24 teenagers, who have passed the selection as Indocement’s football team.

Indocement’s cultivated football team has listed a number of achievements, among other, Division I champion of Pengcab. PSSI Bogor Regency (2007). Currently, this football team has entered the Main Division of Pengcab. PSSI Bogor Regency. It is still waiting for the launching of the annual competition.

To enhance its ability, the football team of cultivated villages has conducted practice and match game with strong teams, such as: Persijap, Jepara and African Team Selections, which strengthened African players, who play in Indonesia’s Super League.

Indocement’s Citeureup Factory is committed to continuously implement the Community Development Program, particularly in 12 cultivated villages, by using the principles of Five Pillars, namely: Pillar of Education, Pillar of Health, Pillar of Economic, Pillar of Social, Culture, Religion and Sports, and Pillar of Security. Football coaching is the realization of Pillar of Social, Culture, Religion and Sports.
